Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Joga Bonito Tour (“JBT”) account and the personal data associated with it. The JBT Inner Circle app is operated by INCASA.DM, based in New South Wales, Australia.

How to request account deletion

You can ask us to delete your JBT account and its data in either of these ways:

• Email us — send a request from the email address on your account to info@incasadm.com with the subject “Delete my JBT account”. Sending from your account email lets us verify the request.
• In the app — go to Profile → Settings → Support and ask us to close your account.

We’ll verify the request is coming from the account holder, action it, and confirm by email. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or permanently de-identify:

• Your account details — email address and, if provided, your first name.
• Your sign-in credentials (your hashed password).
• Your visit activity — the record of partner venues you scanned and when.
• Your league activity — any foot-tennis scores and results linked to you.
• Your preferences — notification settings and similar choices.

What may be kept, and for how long

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or in an aggregated, non-identifying form that can no longer be linked to you (for example, anonymous counts of total member visits used for reporting). Any records we are legally required to keep are held only for the period required by law and are then deleted. We do not keep your email, password, or identifiable visit history after deletion.
