Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Joga Bonito Tour Inner Circle app and related services (the “App”), operated by INCASA.DM (“JBT”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Membership and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Some partner venues and events may have their own age requirements (for example, venues that serve alcohol). You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account.

2. Cost of membership

Membership is currently free. We may introduce membership fees or paid tiers in the future. If we do, we’ll tell you in advance and you’ll be able to choose whether to continue. We will never charge you without your clear consent.

3. Check-ins and visits

When a partner venue’s staff scan your membership QR code, we record a visit to that venue. A check-in is a record of a visit only — it is not a payment, a booking, or proof of any purchase, and it does not access your bill or spending. You agree to present your membership honestly and only when genuinely visiting.

4. Members-first deals and offers

Deals, offers, giveaways and events shown in the App are provided by JBT and its partners and may be subject to their own terms, availability, and conditions. Offers can change or end at any time. We don’t guarantee that any particular deal will be available, and partners are responsible for honouring their own offers at their venues.

The App may also feature links to third-party partners — for example, match-ticket and memorabilia partners. Where you follow such a link and make a purchase, you buy directly from that third party, who is the seller and merchant of record and is solely responsible for the goods or services, pricing, availability, delivery, cancellations and refunds under their own terms. JBT is not the seller and is not a party to that purchase. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means JBT may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

5. The JBT league

If you take part in the foot-tennis league, you agree to play fairly and to submit accurate scores. A result is only recorded when both players confirm the same score. We may remove results or entrants where there is evidence of misuse or unfair play.

6. Recognition and rewards

Member recognition (such as standing, streaks and any yearly recognition like a members’ dinner or event invitation) is a goodwill benefit, not a points currency or a contractual entitlement. We may change or withdraw recognition features, and any prizes or invitations are at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the App for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Don’t create fake accounts, fake visits, or attempt to game recognition or the league.
• Don’t attempt to access other members’ data, or interfere with the security or operation of the App.
• Don’t copy, resell or misuse the JBT brand, content or platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The JBT name, logo, content and the App are owned by INCASA.DM or its licensors. You’re given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

9. Availability and “as is”

We aim to keep the App available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every venue, deal or feature will always be available. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the App.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, JBT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability relating to the App is limited to resupplying the relevant service. We are not responsible for the goods, services, or conduct of partner venues.

11. Ending your membership

You can stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting info@incasadm.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the App or other members.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and contact
